The next morning I went to pee on the toilet around 9am (that's when I last saw my penis). At 9:30, I was already pushed into the operating room, there they reassured me that everything would be fine, do not worry. They put some kind of mask on me, and before that they bandaged something in my vein, after a few minutes I slept. When I was 16, my entire penis was amputated. I got back to myself at about 3 p.m., I was terribly stunned, I barely remember anything. I was fully awake for 18-19 hours. I remember down below my testicles I felt terrible numbness and a little pain. I didn't even dare to look at it.In the evening the doctor came in and said fortunately the surgery was successful. He said that almost my entire penis was amputated, leaving me with an internal stump of 0.5 cm after the urine block. A hole was cut under the testicles and connected with the end of the 0.5 stump. He said the catheter should be inside for 1 week. He also told me that since the testicles remained intact, they will continue to produce sperm, and since I don't have a penis, I won't be able to empty my testicles. Said my inner stump, after a while it will always stand. He said if I was frustrated I might want to take medication or have my testicles removed after I was 18.
After 1 week:

That's when the day came when the catheter was taken out of my new pee opening. After removing the catheter from the new pee opening under my testicles, they also removed the bandage from the place where my penis was originally. That's when I first saw what exactly happened after the surgery. I was sad to see that I no longer had my penis, its place was sewn in with a pair of stitches. I was told I could go home from the hospital tomorrow. After they took out the catheter I had to pee after about 2-3 hours.
