The Chekist. A movie depicting the mass executions of Russians by the Soviet government. Many thousands were arrested for trivial crimes and herded into the basement of the Lubyanka building where they were shot 5 at a time. The woman in this scene is trying desperately to save her son by offering her daughter.

la BeardedBob : Фильм Чекист 1992 года. Фильм про эпоху красного террора 1918-1922. Фильм про будни ЧК (чрезвычайная комиссия, очень жестокая политическая полиция). С художественной точки зрения фильм слабый. Сейчас этот фильм забыт. Скорей всего у этого фильма нет перевода.
